Payments & Insurance
Hart Strength & Rehab accepts most major insurance plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, Aetna, Medicare, Cigna, United Healthcare, Medicare Advantage plans, and Workers’ Compensation. If we are not in-network with your plan, we can provide a detailed Superbill so you can submit it to your insurance for possible reimbursement. We also offer straightforward cash-pay rates for anyone who prefers not to use insurance.
